Government Photo ID: Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID verification required for high-value physical bullion delivery or collection counter handovers.
Vault Ledger Records: Grams accumulated, carat purity (24K 999.9 / 22K 916 / 999 Silver), live lock rates, and minting/delivery conversion history.

C. Promotional Loyalty Schemes, Daily Tokens & Bonus Data

For customers participating in our promotional trade schemes, Silver Vouchers, or Daily Member Rewards:

Participation Records: Generated token serial numbers, cycle dates, pass IDs, and timestamped allocation records.
Public Transparency & Top Bonus Announcements: To satisfy statutory fairness and audit requirements, top-bonus token numbers and masked identifiers (e.g., "Priya S. — Bengaluru — Token #****782") may be displayed on our public Milestone Board. We never publicly disclose private phone numbers, home addresses, or banking details.
TDS Compliance (Section 194B Income Tax Act): When a promotional prize or milestone reward exceeds ₹10,000 INR in value, PAN card details and tax documentation are collected to deduct/remit applicable TDS and issue Form 16A certificates.

5. Authorized Third-Party Disclosures

6. Data Retention & User Rights

Retention: Transaction and tax records are retained for statutory periods required under Indian tax and corporate laws (minimum 8 years). Non-statutory promotional data can be deleted upon customer request.
