1. Delivery Coverage & Service Areas

Angellas provides pan-India shipping to over 19,000 postal PIN codes across India through established courier partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post). We currently do not offer international shipping outside India.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Order Processing: Standard in-stock orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 business hours of order verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Estimated Transit Time: Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days. Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Complimentary insured delivery on all orders above ₹499 INR.
• Standard Shipping: A nominal flat fee of ₹50 INR applies on orders below ₹499 INR.

4. Packaging & Transit Insurance

Every shipment is packed in double-layer tamper-evident, sealed security pouches with interior protective bubble wrapping. All shipments are 100% insured against loss or damage in transit until handed to the recipient.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated notification containing the Courier Partner Name and AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier portal or in your Angellas account under My Orders.
